I have been reading about the newly opened Nina May for a while now. Once I found out that it has started a brunch service, I made a reservation. The space was very small and dark. We were seated by the only window on the first level. Service was fine. The menu looked better on the paper than it tasted. Prices were high considering the portions.

Potato Roti w/ House-Smoked Salmon
At $18, give me more potato and salmon. It was an appetizer portion.

Braised Beef Short Rib and Eggs tater tots, red wine jus, eggs your way
At $22, it looked like a diner food. The menu says eggs your way, but our waitress did not ask us how we wanted our eggs cooked. We got sad looking poached eggs. The short ribs were a bit chewy. The potato tots were good.
